11:54AM - Feelin' confident.

I'm at work listening to the Confidence Interval. It's rocking me. I wish we had gotten a chance to record Hump Parade and Lone Star. I can't remember if there are any other songs we didn't record. Be cool to put this stuff out eventually.

I was actually playing lone star the other day... i wanna do it.. or at least lift the music for a new song. I tried playing Hump Parade but I couldn't remember that one riff billy came up with.

I think i'm gonna start the second swell bean album over winter break. I might record it on my computer.. not sure... i'm all about experimenting.

I'm doing a show November 25 at Fat Jimmys on Water St. in Kent. I'm selling tickets, even though i hate to. show starts at 7pm, and i'll probably be on at 7pm... cuz i hate selling tickets.

12:22PM - sick till death of living in pain, but will the doctors help me? no.

i'm sick. sick as can be be. i've spent the last two days sleeping. sleeping about 20hr in a 24hr period. Joy's been taking care of me. Gettin me meds. Helpin' out. Today, she let me take her parking pass so I wouldn't have to and from polsky. no homework done. still feelin' like shit. can't afford to miss anymore school.

tomorrow, i'm supposed to help my parents' move. it's kinda weird to see my parents living somewhere besides wickliffe. in ways, i'm gonna miss wickliffe. even though, it's shitty. it's my shitty hometown. the house isn't sold yet... so i can technically still go there. Curmudgeon is probably gonna continue to rehearse there until it's sold.

Woah, i left something out. Yeah, Curmudgeon's back together. We've been jamming and stuff. Came out with some new cool stuff... worked on some unfinished songs. No complete new songs yet. But chances are, it'll happen.

i have show coming up dec. 1st at Pats in the Flats. It will be a Swell Bean, which means me with a laptop. I'll be performing songs off my debut album Foggy Mess and maybe something new. I have three new songs in the words. Music complete, that is, words not even started. I have to wait for the spirit to move me to add lyrics. Otherwise it'll be complete garbage.

i fear that body oder is goin' on with me. i'm not surprised though. i'm a very sick puppy.

Last night, i had dream i had a squirrel in my apartment again. I opened the door to the my balcony to let him out and tootsie chased out and feel off the balcony and almost got hit by a car. Luckly, she lived. But then again, it was all a dream.

Does anyone do livejournal anymore? i've kinda faded out on this trend. i've been posting more on myspace No deep personal shit, though. That stuff can stay here.

that's my swell bean (music) site. check it out. I made a video for the song "Sunny Day." I made filmed, edited, and stared in it. It was one of those nights where i couldn't sleep.... i was under the influence and tried to balance myself on a couch. it's kinda funny. watch me try to say still.

Hey gang,

sorry for the no post in a long time. i've been really busy. my album should be out this week. I have a show on saturday, album will be available. sunday, i'm going to toronto to see jandek and i'll be coming back monday night.

school's going good.

i'm driving myself crazy with too much stuff all at once. i quit prozac in the beginning of august. mood swings here and there. yeah.

i've majorly cut back on green stuff. yay.

Um.. been really busy. Here's some updates:

-started school, everything is swell so far
-i've been seein' a girl named Joy
-curmudgeon's rehearsing tomorrow (reunion!)
-swell bean album is done, just awaiting on the cover and ascap
-supposed to sing for some band in lakewood
-been jammin' with mel and mike

so in other words... lots of music goin' on.

10:26AM - album

No real progress has been made on my album in about a week. Hopefully, I'll get to work on it this weekend. There is just a few vocal parts that I need to re-do that then the album's done.

I'm gonna start a record label to the album out. However, I'm still gonna send it to a bunch of record labels to see if I get anyone else to put it out or put out my next album. I'm also looking into publishing and copywriting. Looks like I may get the album distributing it through CDBaby. Now only will the physical CD be available thru their website but it will also be available thru Itunes, Napster, etc.

I ordered a new DVD-R/CD-R today that will print labels right on the CD. The album is gonna look pretty sweet.

10:40AM - Swell Bean in full effect!

Yesterday, I completed recording the first Swell Bean album! After it was done I went and saw fireworks. It was a great moment.

Here's a list of all the songs that will appear:

I think I'm gonna re-record the vocals to "Naked w/ yr Clothes On" cuz I'm not really happy with how I recorded them. But asides of that, i'm pretty happy with everything else. The whole album clocks in at about 35 minutes. Each song is about 3 minutes longs... no instrumentals.

So now, i've got a few things to work out:

1. coming up with a title for the album
2. art work
3. finding a label to put it out/or putting it out myself
4. Find ways to promote it
